When Malice was announced a few years ago, I wasn't interested. When I finally got a chance to play it, my opinion changed - now I can't wait for it to come out!After unlocking a virtual Pandora's box of trouble, led by the evil God Nefarious Rex, Kat finds herself thrust into a twisted world inspired by 'Alice in Wonderland'. What's a girl to do? What any sensible girl would do in this situation - grab a big hammer and smash the hell out of everything in her path. As she progresses through her 22 level quest, Kat will wield a variety of weapons, including the Quantum Tuning Fork and Clockwork Hammer.
Providing the voice for Kat will be No Doubt lead vocalist Gwen Stefani. Band members Tom Dumont, Adrian Young, and Tony Kanal will also provide voices for Kat's cronies. The band will also provide three songs for use in both the game and in the television ad campaign.
Malice ships this fall for both the PS2 and Xbox.
