Smile! You're On Game Boy Advance!

"Imagine No Limits"; That's the 'tagline' for nYko Technologies, a 'privately held marketer of interactive video game accesory products'. The funny thing is, they seem to work really hard to live up to the tagline. They were pioneers with the Worm-light, a flexible lighting device that used the Gameboy's own power to run. They unveiled their AirFlo cooled controllers this year at E3. And now there's the WormCam...

I can only assume that the 'Worm' part of the WormCam's name is a tribute to nYko's greatly successful WormLight, but I don't see anything 'wormy' about the WormCam. What it is is utterly cool...

The WormCam is actually a video camera for use with the Game Boy Advance that allows you to take color pictures, and view and edit them on your Game Boy Advance. The WormCam will hold between 20 and 80 10-bit RGB 356x292 pixel pictures internally and will keep them saved via an internal battery. Then, you can upload your pictures to your PC for further editing and emailing (or whatever else you like). The WormCam features a rotating lens for ease of use (at various angles) and 2 'spycam' modes that allow for taking pictures unattended; either by motion detection or time-lapsed photography at set intervals.

An optional color printer allows you to print out your snapshots for 'ultra-sharp, glossy snapshots'. What will they think of next?!
