Gamecube Becomes The New Residence For Evil...

Nintendo has announced that Capcom has signed an agreement by which all new games of the Resident Evil series will be Nintendo Gamecube exclusives. (Resident Evil Online will be for the PlayStation 2, and was in development prior to this agreement.)The first of these upcoming Resident Evil games will be Resident Evil Zero, a prequel to the Resident Evil series. This prequel is set during the original S.T.A.R.s mission to that fateful mansion in Raccon City. This time you're part of the Alpha Team. Watch for more info as it develops.
