Developer Arc-9 is searching for a publisher for its new extreme sports video game, Egregious Downhill. Work began on the prototype of the game in January of 2004 and is scheduled for completion this September, though the company has yet to sign with any publisher as of yet.
Egregious Downhill will provide the player with fast-paced downhill racing coupled with highly dangerous tricks. The tracks will be realistically modeled after the North Shore trails near Vancouver in Nova Scotia.
The game will feature a single player story as well as multiplayer gameplay. The single player experience will allow players to upgrade their rider, bike, and compete in various tournaments to increase their stats.
Arc-9 is in the final stages of completing the game with the help of Telefilm Canada?s New Media Fund. |
