Midway Games has three titles coming out this year that are related to various movies or TV shows.

The first of these licenses is a melee game featuring the characters from a hit Cartoon Network series. The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy will let you fight as not only the three title characters, but Irwin, Hoss Delgado and 10 other characters. Each character has their own unique standard attacks, and when you throw in tons of weapons and environmental hazards, the battles really heat up.

In Mission Mode, players will have to go through 45 challenges that will test your skill and control in many different ways. Some missions might have you performing specific combos while others might just require that you take out an opponent a certain number of times. As you complete missions, you will earn points that will help you not only unlock new characters, but extra costumes for each playable as well.

Billy & Mandy's fighting game will come out on the PS2, GameCube and GBA this Fall.

Midway's other two licenses are the Warner Brothers movies Happy Feet and The Ant Bully. Though there wasn't a playable of Happy Feet at E3, there was still a lot of information about both the upcoming movie and the game.

The story follows a baby penguin, Mumble, who unlike all other penguins, doesn't have a song. Instead he can tap-dance. Throughout the story, Mumble will grow into a full-grown sleek penguin and learn to deal with how he is different. The game will be a series of mini-games that will have you belly-sliding, dancing (of course), and swimming. This game is planned to be released with the movie and will show up on the PC, PS2, GameCube, GBA, Wii and DS.

The Ant Bully is an action/platformer title based on the movie of the same name. You play as a character who liked to kick over ant piles and torment the small kingdoms, until one day a powerful ant-wizard shrinks you down to their size and shows you what life as an ant is like.

The story has you collecting magical items and delivering them to the wizard, Zoc, so that you can return to your normal size. Along the way, you will battle earwigs and other menacing creatures. You will interact with dozens of characters from the movie and feel like you are a part of the film itself. You will also get to take control of a flying wasp in several dog-fight levels and get new weapons and armor as you progress. The Ant Bully will be released for the PS2, GC, Wii, PC and GBA this July

These three titles all have a lot of potential, and the two games I got to play, Billy & Mandy and The Ant Bully were really fun and I could definitely see putting a good bit of time into.
