Tecmo showcased three games at this year’s E3. SPRay is planned for release this Autumn on the Wii, while Robocalypse (October) and Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff (September) are planned for the DS.

SPRay is an action-adventure game where you play an eccentric Prince who must save his village from an evil Queen. Your character starts the game off by placing a magical crown on his head. This crown allows him to summon two liquid spraying spirits. With this new weapon, he marches forward to defeat the banished Queen’s anti-matter soldiers. You will use the angelic and wicked spirits to spray water, oil and goo on the enemies and surfaces in order to help you solve puzzles and free the villagers.

Robocalypse is a real-time strategy game designed for the DS. This game offers madcap weaponry and destruction where up to four players can compete in this robot-filled world. The multiplayer game allows for wireless matches, while the single player campaign is full of comedy and written by Jay Lender (Spongebob Squarepants) and Micah Wright. The game offers more than 50 different A.I. driven units with advanced distributed pathfinding, dynamic music and 3D particle systems for stunning visual effects.

Meanwhile Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff brings back the classic, over-the-top, all-american football game. Kickoff lets longtime fans and newcomers feel right at home with simple controls and fun, huge plays and exciting cut-scenes. You will be able to customize your team colors, emblems, player names, team cities and abilities, or just choose from 32 different teams from across the country. Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff will also feature multiplayer capabilities, so you can face your customized team off against your friends.
