Your Stereo Headphones Should Join The Ear Force.

Have some headphones that are comfortable and sound okay, but simply aren't cutting it with all the surround sound gaming these days? Turtle Beach has announced their new Ear Force DSS, which is a small device about the size of a deck of cards that contains powerful audio processing capability to provide simluated 7.1 channel Dolby Surround Sound on your existing headphones.

Of course, it is also a perfect complement to Turtle Beach's own stereo headsets, such as the Ear Force X31, X11, XLC, Z1 and PX21, turning your game or movie into a surrounding soundscape. The Ear Force DSS can be connected to digital audio outputs from devices such as the Xbox 360, PS3, PCs, Blu-ray players or DVD players, and is simple to use - just plug it in, plug your headphones into it, and you're ready to go.

The Ear Force DSS features controls to adjust the bass boost, a volume control, and a switch to turn the Dolby surround on or off. It also has a full-functioning headphone amplifier to provide a richer, more powerful sound. The Ear Force DSSTurtle Beach's website, if needed.
