CompuExpert Serves It Up...

CompuExpert had several products with distribution agreements being shown at E3 this year, such as the Sharkoon X-Tatic Dolby 5.1 headset, Mionix high-end gaming accessories, the Pulse Wave 2 headset, Rise of Flight: Iron Cross Edition for the PC and Grip-It analog stick covers for the PS3 and Xbox 360 gamepads.

The Sharkoon X-Tatic Digital headset is a high-quality Dolby 5.1 headset which features four speakers per ear-piece and volume controls built into the cable. The X-Tatic headset includes a Sound Control Unit, which allows the headset to be used with optical audio output from devices which support optical out (such as PS3, Xbox 360, PCs, DVD players or other HiFi devices). The Sound Control Unit outputs analog Dolby Digital and Dolby ProLogic signals and can support up to two X-Tatic headsets simultaneously, so you can share your aural experience. The Sharkoon X-Tatic Digital is immediately available for the retail price of $159.99. Also featured at the show were the recently announced X-Tatic SP for PS3 and X-Tatic SX for Xbox 360. These will have a suggested retail price of $59.99 USD each and will be available this holiday season.

CompuExpert is the exclusive North American distributor for the high-end gaming accessories company, Mionix, maker of an ergonomically designed laser gaming mouse which was featured at E3, among other high-end gaming Mionix products.

The PulseWave 2 PC headset is a dramatic improvement over the original PulseWave, with features such as: upgraded audio quality, larger 50mm speaker drivers, a more attractive streamlined look, larger and more comfortable ear cup design, a re-designed microphone and improved durability, all while remaining affordable.

The WWI flight-simulation Rise of Flight returns with Rise of Flight: Iron Cross Edition to be released for PC in North America June 29, exclusively distributed by CompuExpert. Rise of Flight: Iron Cross Edition brings WWI aerial-combat to your computer with two multiplayer modes, twice the flyable aircraft than the original release, and twice the total amount of AI aircraft. The game still includes all of the features from the original, such as the Training Campaign, advanced flight-model, physics engine, progressive damage model, Mission Editor and adjustable difficulty settings. It aims to provide a little something for every flight-simulation fan, from single player campaigns to multiplayer dogfights.

Grip-It analog stick covers may just have been the smallest products at E3, but actual samples were being given out to passers-by during the show. While they don't look like much more than small rubber, textured gamepad prophylactics, these for-gamers-by-gamers grip-enhancers do seem to add a good bit of gripping power to the analog sticks. CompuExpert is the exclusive World Wide distributor for the Grip-It covers.
