KontrolFreek was at E3 2011, partnering with a couple of companies and showing their add-on analog stick enhancers at a couple of booths. I met with KontrolFreek to get the scoop on what 's new.
While their RcadeFreek sticks were good enough to help me finish the Story Mode of Mortal Kombat, until now, they were only available in Vipr Black. In addition to this Vipr Black, KontrolFreek is now introducing two new colors: Retro Red and my favorite, Groovy Green. My wife and I may have different tastes in decor from time to time, but we both have an affinity for a certain range of greens, somewhere near the lime spectrum, if you will. My 2005 Volkswagen New Beetle, for example, is Cybergreen. So, now I have another reason to consider building a system into my car...
With Vipr Black, Groovy Green and Retro Red, you will soon have a choice of colors to personalize your controllers to your own tastes, while increasing your analog stick's accuracy, to boot.
