A Classic Returns: Tetris Ultimate

While the desires of die-hard gamers drive the cutting edge of gaming and even the advancement of graphics and computing technology, the advancement of smart phones and the mainstream acceptance of portable computing devices such as the iPad have driven a great swell of popularity of casual games. This is hardly surprising as these casual games, in many ways, are quite similar to some of the earliest games that were available when videogames were still quite nascent. While resolution has improved, views have become 3D and everything has gone turbo, some of the funnest gameplay to be had can still be found in some of these classic videogames. Tetris, for example, is without doubt one of the classics.
