Wild Hogs follows the four members of a small biker "gang" comprised of a dentist (Tim Allen), a Computer Programmer (William H. Macy), a plumber/aspiring writer (Martin Lawrence) and a business tycoon who suddenly finds himself broke and separated from his model of a wife (John Travolta).

When this quartet of "biker wannabes" decide that their lives have gotten a bit too much in a rut, they go on a cross-country ride to get a taste of freedom. With such a group of names and comedians all in one place, you would expect this to be a hilarious film. Well, quite frankly, the humor is hit and miss. While I found many of the situations funny, Geck0 and Psibabe (whom I was watching this with) didn't find many of the same scenes quite as comedic. Another aspect of this film's humor that might be a turn-off is the very noticeable amount of gay humor. But seeing as it's four guys that have to share camp gear, lakes for bathing and various other awkward situations, there are bound to be a few, its just a bit more than I would have expected.

Anyway, the Wild Hogs' adventure takes a few odd turns as they have reoccuring encounters with a provocative state trooper played by John C. McGinley (TV's Scrubs and Are We Done Yet?) as well as a fateful run in with a "real" biker group, the Del Fuegos. When John Travolta decides to stand up to this dangerous group, led by Ray Liotta, and goes a little to far (he blows up their bar), the Wild Hogs have to run for their lives and eventually make a stand at a little town full of good-hearted people.

This disc has a ton of special features like an alternate ending, deleted scenes and outtakes. There are also a couple of featurettes covering the making of this film as well as a way to convince your wife to let you buy a motorcycle.

While Wild Hogs has quite a few laughs, not everybody will find all the jokes to be to their taste. Bike owners will find the movie entertaining and enjoy the run-ins the city-slickers have with the Del Fuegos, while others might not find it quite as entertaining. This film isn't for everyone, but it tends to be pretty enjoyable for everyone.
