The service, which will launch later this Spring as part of a free update, will allow Kinect owners to join "sets" (essentially, chat rooms) and talk, Avatar-to-Avatar, with other Kinect owners. Kinect will track the speaker's mouth and facial movements, as well as body movements, and update those movements to your Avatar.
Additionally, the service will also allow users to record their conversations and upload them to Facebook.
