Participation is open to anyone who purchases the full version of Magic Ball 2 through Alawar's Site and submits at least one score during the competition period. Owners of previous versions of Magic Ball 2 can compete as well after downloading and installing the new version. Scores will be accepted until July 1, 2005. Players who smash their way into the top 20 playing the Original Level Pack will be declared the winners.

Magic Ball 2 is a 3D arcade game in which you break all of the bricks on the screen using a ball, a bat and an assortment of wild bonuses. Cosmos Gaming hailed Magic Ball 2 as "a standout in the genre," while writers for Game Tunnel gave it their Silver Award. Magic Ball 2 has also found success with players, who have made it a top offering on Yahoo! Games, Real Arcade and GameXtazy.
