Paradox Launches Diplomacy Website

While the gaming community will have to wait until later this year for the release of Diplomacy, anyone will be able to get into the spirit of things by visiting the recently launched Diplomacy website. The site features new screenshots, general information about the game, and Diplomacy gameplay as well as development team updates. During the months leading up to release, the site will be continuously updated with strategy tips and hints, online features, character descriptions, the latest screenshots, etc.

The site also introduces Max, Paradox?s interactive assistant, who will answer reader questions on the game and the company. Webpage Max has been built by Humany, but can also be found in the game, where he operates in a totally different role designed to express emotions, together with 13 other avatars.

Set in early 20th century Europe, Paradox Interactive?s PC adaptation of the classic board game brings the power struggles of seven mighty nations to life like never before. Diplomacy is scheduled for release in Q4 2005 and will cost $39.99.
