No WWE on PS3

What began as a post in the German THQ message boards has now become official. After a few fans noticed that the PS3 tab had been removed from the official WWE SmackDown vs Raw 2007, they began to ask questions. This soon prompted a response from a THQ employee who confirmed that the PS3 version has indeed been cancelled. According to the post, the PS3 version would have been finished later than the other versions of the game. In response, the development team decided to concentrate on the PS2, PSP and Xbox 360 versions.
The cancellation was made official the following day. "The highly anticipated WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 is scheduled to ship for Xbox 360, PSP and PlayStation 2 in November. Consistent with our goal of delivering the highest quality content across all next-gen platforms, we have decided to postpone the debut of the SmackDown series on PlayStation 3 until the holiday 2007 timeframe."
